We help the patients and their loved ones increase their capability for problem-solving, decision-making, and coping in terms of health care. - RN
Our registered nurses are in charge of conducting assessments of the patients’ needs. They are also responsible for developing a personalized care plan for each patient and supervising its implementation. - LPN
Our licensed practical nurses work under the supervision of RNs to provide bedside care to patients in accordance with their specific care plans. Some of their duties include cleaning wounds and replacing bandages. - STNA
STNA stands for State Tested Nurse Aides. Our STNAs help our patients by monitoring and recording the status of their conditions and providing assistance with their activities of daily living. - CNA
Our certified nursing assistants are mainly there to offer our patients basic care and assistance with their activities of daily living. They do so under the direction of RNs.
